It's a simple "satisfaction guarantee". You really don't see that kind of confidence from most credit repair companies. If you are not satisfied with the service, you are entitled to a full refund. However, we do ask that if you are not satisfied you bring this matter to our attention so that we can attempt to resolve your concerns. Simply put, we are a fair and honest company. You will receive the service you pay for, if you do not, all we ask is a fair opportunity to satisfy you. We will not tolerate any client trying to take advantage of our good faith guarantee by trying to receive a "free" service.
We in return will always provide our clients with the highest level of results possible. We do not consider one or two items corrected the "highest level of results possible" either, unless those are the only two negative items within your entire credit history. We are one of the most aggressive companies out there, we will do everything possible to provide you with the greatest improvement to your credit reports. We have no challenge offering a full refund if we were not able to help you. Keep in mind however, no one can promise or guarantee the removal of any specific item on your reports within a given time frame. No one. The methods, techniques, loop holes, used to repair your credit simply do not allow for such a bold statement. Any reputable credit repair company will tell you the same. If they don't, then they are more interested in your money rather than their own integrity. The only approach a legitimate company can make is to exhaust every legal angle, loop hole, and gray area possible. This is how credit repair works.
