How it works?
Step 1: Forward your credit report.
You can obtain it from your financial worker or if you are not working with one, we can request it upon your authorization.
Step 2: Understanding your credit report.
Our trained professionals will provide a free credit analysis to help you understand what we have found to be inaccurate and disputable. At this time we will suggest a course of action and give you a time frame for completion. If you wish to proceed, one of our representatives will send out a package of information to you.
Step 3: LSI works your case.
We will start the dispute process directly with the credit bureaus as soon as we receive your signed contract and documents. All we need from you is to stay current on everything and try your best not to allow anyone to pull your credit reports during the process. We don't act as a 3rd party for it may reflect negatively on your credit report. We represent you in first person, as authorized by you. The credit bureaus have 30 businesses days to respond, after the date we launch you process. Each bureau will inform you of the results of the investigation, update your credit report and send you a copy of the updated report. When you receive a response from a bureau, make a copy of the updated report for your records then send the original to LSI to move your case forward. Thus the cycle begins anew, this time hopefully with fewer questionable items on your credit report. The whole process of disputing doesn't take more then 60 business days. After that, we may negotiate settlements for you on any remaining collection accounts with balances. In most cases we are able to obtain a 50% settlement from the balance owed. There are no additional costs for any settlement negotiations we perform on your behalf.
Step 4: Maintaining a good credit score.
After the process is completed LSI will provide you with literature on the secrets of building credit and keeping credit strong. Also, you will have access to free credit support to answer any questions you may have on how to use your credit.
